OUR MISSION
To educate, empower and equip girls/young ladies to recognize their self worth, building their esteem that they might walk in purpose and fulfill their destiny while embracing an intimate relationship with Christ.

PURPOSE
To provide positive female role models and strong support structures to motivated teenage girls to explore who they are, and to develop into strong positive women who serve as role models for the next generation. The program will be a vehicle which will provide year around support networks during their challenging teenage years.

GOALS

• Each one reach one, through the deliverance of one many may come.
• To maintain the original integrity of the female species as God intended.
• To obtain future (lighthouses) throughout the land.
• To acquire funds through grants, donations, sponsorship to aid in facilitating the needs of the girls.
• To provide scholarships funds for those entering into college
• To purchase land/property in which to own camp grounds for program usage and facilitate other youth groups around the country.

METHOD
The program is a year-long commitment between the mentor and mentee. Each month, mentors and mentees spend time together, through educational training classes, newsletters, meetings, emails, participating in fun and enriching activities throughout the Florida and Bahamas areas. Activities range from visiting museums, seeing a play, dinning in fine restaurants summer camps, field trips, amusement parks, roller skating, bowling, and helping with homework, to tasting a variety of ethnic foods or exploring new neighborhoods and more.

As both get to know one another and build their friendship, the mentors have an opportunity to share their life experiences and the mentee has a chance to learn from someone they can relate to about life, how to handle difficult situations, and how to prepare for their future goals.

Mentors will have the awesome opportunity to give back into the lives of others and to help bring about a change and positive impact into the lives of the girls.

MENTOR PROGRAM GOALS: Increase girls' sense of self worth and training in purity classes. Improve girls' perspective toward education. Help girls develop and define their short-term and long-term goals. Provide them with positive support and encouragement. Help them become self-sufficient, motivated adults.
